Our website payment security is of upmost importance, so we only accept payments from major credit card banks and those that participate in AVS services.
The most common reason for a declined AVS transaction is when the billing address entered does not match the billing address of the credit card. The billing address and postal code must match EXACTLY (all letters, numbers, and spaces) with the address that the issuing bank/credit card company has on file.
If a debit or credit card is used to make a payment, and the purchase was not successful, please be aware that most banks will authorize your card for the requested amount even if your order was rejected by our AVS (address verification system). However, these authorizations are only temporary pending charges, and will eventually disappear from your account since the charge attempt failed our security validation.
Note: The most common reason for a failed AVS transaction is that both the billing address and the zip code entered do not match the billing address on file with the bank that issued your credit/debit card. Our AVS security validation will reject any transaction for a billing address mismatch.
Domestic/United States: All orders will require a signature upon delivery.
USPS Priority Shipping - Please allow 2-3 days for Priority Shipping. This shipping option all includes Order Tracking and Shipping Insurance.
USPS First Class Standard Shipping - Please allow 4-6 days for Standard Shipping. This shipping option includes order tracking, but DOES NOT include Shipping Insurance.
International: All orders will require a signature upon delivery.
Please allow 6-28 days for International Shipping, depending on your Country's Customs laws and processing times. Any customs fees or taxes applied to your order is completely out of our control and must be paid by you.
A shipment confirmation with your shipping tracking information will be emailed to you after your order has shipped. You may track your order on www.USPS.com. We will ship to the address that is provided and will not be responsible if the address was input wrong by you.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost/stolen orders, orders held up in customs, import fees, tariffs, or undelivered items in regards to your shipment. If an order has yet to arrive, we ask that you please contact your local post office first with the details sent to you in regards to your order. All of The Lux Brand products have a 30 Day Return/Exchange Policy.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, or have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to receive a replacement product or a full refund of your payment.
To complete your return, we will require your order number and shipping zip code. After approval, we will send you a paid return label to cover the shipping costs of the returned goods.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
Please Note: The Lux Brand will not refund any customer whose package was lost or not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout process was inaccurate or incomplete.
