All of The Lux Brand products have a 30 Day Return/Exchange Policy.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, or have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to receive a replacement product or a full refund of your payment.

To complete your return, we will require your order number and shipping zip code. After approval, we will send you a paid return label to cover the shipping costs of the returned goods.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

The Lux Brand will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout process was inaccurate or incomplete.
